1. A water treatment plant with a capacity of 300000 tons/d, equipped with a water intake pump room. The water treatment plant is built in two phases, with the first phase having a water treatment capacity of 200000 tons/d and the second phase of 100000 tons/d.

2. A sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 220000 tons/d, equipped with corresponding pipeline network system.  The sewage treatment plant is built in two phases, with the first phase having a sewage treatment capacity of 140000 tons/d and the second phase of 80000 tons/d. Two special industrial substrate production lines are equipped to treat the sludge generated from sewage treatment. The first phase has a production capacity of 50000 tons per year, and the second phase of 50000 tons per year.

●  Project overview: This project is a supporting environmental protection works for the high performance paper-based new material industrial park in Sanjiangkou New Area, Guangxi. It mainly includes four major sections: water source intake, water treatment, sewage treatment, and comprehensive solid waste treatment. The wastewater treatment adopts anaerobic treatment+activated sludge biochemical treatment+advanced treatment (Fenton reagent) process, and the key parts use proven and advanced treatment technologies and equipment. Considering the economy and reliability of treatment, the wastewater treatment system is divided into high concentration sewage and low concentration sewage for separate treatment. Biochemical residual sludge, sedimentation tank sludge, and Fenton sludge are sent to the fully automatic plate and frame filter press dewatering equipment for dehydration, and then used as auxiliary fuel for the solid waste boiler. Part of the sludge from wastewater containing fiber components, after sedimentation treatment, is used as raw material for special industrial substrates to achieve internal resource recycling in the industry. It is a comprehensive sludge utilization project that turns waste into treasure.
