●  Project overview: This project involves the construction of a garbage sanitary landfill, four garbage transfer stations, and their supporting public facilities. Adopting sanitary landfill technology, the total storage capacity is 1.1706 million cubic meters, and after anti-seepage treatment, the effective storage capacity is 1.1121 million cubic meters, with a service life of 17 years. The landfill area adopts the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane horizontal double-layer anti-seepage technology. The garbage leachate collection and drainage system mainly consists of a water conducting layer set on the bottom anti-seepage layer, a water collection blind ditch, and a vertical gabion. The leachate treatment plant has a capacity of 100m3/d and adopts the process of "coagulation sedimentation tank+A/O+MBR membrane reactor+precision filter+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis". The discharged water meets the requirements of the "Pollution Control Standard for Landfill of Municipal Solid Waste" GB16889-2008.
