●  Project highlight: This co-generation project planned as general and constructed in stages. The turbine generator set, boiler, and electricity are all controlled by DCS systems, with high automation control level, proven design and manufacturing, safe and reliable operation, low energy consumption, and has become a benchmark thermal power project in the textile, printing and dyeing industry of Guangdong.

●  Project Overview: The owner is one of the subsidiaries of DeYongJia Group, and is a large foreign-funded enterprise integrating knitting, dyeing and finishing. It covers an area of about 35 hectares and is self-sufficient in electricity, steam and tap water for production, supplied by a thermal power plant. The project constructs 4×130t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers+2×25MW steam turbine generator units and supporting ancillary facilities, including chemical water treatment system, sewage system, coal storage and transportation system, desulfurization and denitrification system, ash treatment system, flue gas dust removal system, outdoor thermal power pipeline, etc.  The production areas in the factory are clearly divided into functional zones, and the layout sees a combination of old and new plants. The overall layout is compact for easy production and management.  The power grid operates independently and is equipped with multiple diesel generator sets.  The project can provide stable sources of steam and electricity for the enterprise, ensuring normal production, reducing external interference, and improving the overall efficiency of the enterprise.
