●  Project Overview: The target of this project is wastewater from the printing and dyeing industry. The wastewater is collected by the drainage pipeline and enters the grid well of the sewage treatment plant. After removing particles and debris through the grid, the wastewater is lifted by a water pump to a fine grid channel and a cyclone sedimentation tank to remove small suspended impurities. It then flows into the primary sedimentation tank, and then into the regulating tank for buffering and regulation. Finally, it is lifted by a water pump and enters the oxidation ditch. In the oxidation ditch, microorganisms rely on the favorable conditions created by the oxygen supplied by mechanical aeration to grow and reproduce, adsorb, and decompose organic matter in the sewage, producing flocculent activated sludge particles. In the subsequent secondary sedimentation tank, it is separated into mud and water, and then enters the advanced treatment (Fenton system, tertiary sedimentation tank) to achieve the purpose of purifying sewage. Finally, the wastewater enters the disinfection unit to remove harmful bacteria,  and is discharged when it meets the requirements of corresponding codes.
