●  Project Overview: The total floor area of the project is 20633.54 square meters, with a total floor area of 3039.13 square meters. The construction includes one science, culture, and art training building, roads, landscaping, water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution, and other ancillary works.  In the design process of the project, reasonable planning and design are carried out based on terrain, topography, and functional requirements, in terms of overall planning, functionality, practicality, humanization, and green environment of the campus, to fully meet the daily life and learning needs of teachers and students. Meanwhile, we integrate the school's historical and cultural heritage into the architectural space design and facade design, allowing visitors to experience the long history, campus culture, overseas Chinese culture, and ASEAN culture of the Overseas Chinese School while approaching and visiting the buildings.  In the design, we fully respect history, absorb new culture, keep pace with the times, explore and innovate, and strive to create a comfortable environment with advanced construction technology to win the satisfaction of teachers and students.
