●  Project Overview: Constructed with loan from China and put into operation in June 2015, the factory adopts the sulfitation process to produce plantation white sugar, with the designed capacity of 6000TCD which is expandable to 10000TCD.  A captive power plant, and a whole-factory water circulation system, etc. are adopted to achieve qualified discharge of sewage and waste gas without harm. An advanced DCS system is used to monitor, automatically control and manage the production process to improve production stability and product quality.  During its construction and operation periods, the factory has provided a large number of employment opportunities for the local people, contributing greatly to the economic growth of the region and Ethiopia as a whole.
