● Project Overview:
We are responsible for the overall and detailed design of the project, which is invested by Guangxi Guangye Guitang Sugar Industry Group Co., Ltd. Covering a land area of 569mu (about 38 hectares, the factory has a rated production capacity of 108900 t/a of air dried pulp. Using sugarcane bagasse and agricultural and forestry residues as raw materials, the factory produces special pulp mill suitable for high-end products such as environmentally friendly pulp molded tableware.
The main construction contents include raw material yard, pulp plant, alkali recovery plant, waste heat recovery power house, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment plant, etc.
The construction plan for this relocation project is to eliminate outdated old pulping process and production equipment, and adopt alkaline pulping process to produce bleached pulp. The factory adopts wet storage of raw materials, horizontal tube continuous cooking system for cooking, multiple stages of countercurrent washing, fully enclosed medium concentration screening system, ECF bleaching process, and 500tds/d alkali recovery equipment, without any separate thermal boiler.
By readjusting the process parameters of the fiber line and alkali recovery, a new type of system of alkali recovery from sugarcane bagasse pulp black liquor is established. For the first time, a low odor alkali recovery boiler is used to burn black liquor (no longer using a direct disc evaporator), and for the first time, the main steam pressure of the sugarcane bagasse black liquor burning boiler is increased from 3.82Mpa (g) to 6.8Mpa (g), improving the power generation efficiency by more than 5%.
Starting with the process equipment and basic process parameters, we adjust the process, and focuses on resolving the difficulties and problems in sugarcane bagasse alkali recovery, such as odor pollution, black liquid combustion, too many leaks, and low thermal efficiency. The factory has been put into operation for one year and three months, with stable operation and significant benefits. The design and technology of this factory are worth being introduced to more than 20 sugarcane bagasse pulp factories in Guangxi for the improvement of clean production capacity.
