●  Project Overview:

The project is invested jointly by the Government of Belarus and Svetlogorskij Pulp Joint Stock Company. When completed within 3 years, the mill uses local pine, alder, birch and other fiber raw materials to produce annually 400,000 tons of bleached kraft pulp or dissolved pulp.

Our company is responsible for the overall design of the project, and all the main equipment is imported from Europe. It adopts advanced process technologies such as downflow low-solid individual continuous digester, oxygen bleaching+D (Eop) D (PO) four stage ECF environmentally friendly bleaching process, low odor alkali recovery boiler, and high-efficiency short lime kiln.  For co-generation, the power plant consists of one alkali recovery boiler, one biomass boiler, and one 70MW steam turbine generator unit. Both steam and electricity are self-sufficient, and excess electricity is supplied to the old factory through a 110kV connecting line.  The project is equipped with good environmental protection facilities, and the discharge of waste gas, liquid and solid is superior to the emission limit requirements of the Government of Belarus for enterprises.
