●  Project overview: With a total investment of 10 billion yuan, this project is committed to building a complete industrial chain base of Guigang Lee & Man Paper MFG Limited. By introducing downstream post-processing enterprises to give raw paper higher added value, it aims to produce high-end branded paper products.

The project is constructed in two phases, using bamboo slices, eucalyptus shavings, and wood chips as raw materials to make pulp with the sulfate method and ECF bleaching technology. The first phase produces 500000 tons of oven-dry bleached chemical pulp, and use self-made bleached chemical pulp to produce 400000 tons of toilet paper annually. The excess bleached chemical pulp is made into pulp boards for sale. The capacity and content of the second phase are the same as the first phase. When completed, the total production capacity of pulp and paper in the factory will be 1.8 million tons, including an annual output of 1 million tons of oven-dry bleached chemical pulp, 800000 tons of high-end sanitary paper and other products.
