●  Project overview: the project is constructed in two phases: the first phase builds production lines with capacities of 500000 t/a natural chemical wood pulp, 150000 t/a  bleached chemical wood pulp (technical renovation),1 million t/a high-end packaging paper, and 200,000 t/a cultural paper (using the original production line for technical renovation). The second phase includes production lines with capacities of 300000 t/a natural chemical wood pulp, 350000 t/a bleached chemical wood pulp, 150000 t/a mechanical wood pulp, and 400000 t/a specialty paper as well as  600000 t/a plastic paper, and other supporting facilities.
