● Project Overview: (1) Construct a water surface photovoltaic project with a total capacity of 30MWp. The surface photovoltaic project includes photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic floats and brackets (including anchoring accessories), photovoltaic conversion systems, DC systems, inverter systems, AC boost systems, monitoring systems, security systems, water supply and drainage systems, lightning protection and grounding systems, and equipment foundations. This project combines several crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules in series and parallel to form a photovoltaic module array, which is laid on photovoltaic floats and brackets (including anchoring accessories). The DC power of the photovoltaic module array is connected to a series grid exported inverter and converted into three-phase AC power. It is locally boosted to 35kV by an American box transformer, and then converged to a 35kV prefabricated cabin switch station through a 35kV collection line. (2) Construct a 35kV transmission project, including the 35kV prefabricated cabin type switch station, prefabricated cabin type operation and maintenance duty room, opposite side interval, and 35kV transmission line. The straight distance of the 35kV transmission line is about 1.0km, using copper core cross-linked armored polyethylene insulated waterproof cables and waterproof communication optical cables (subject to final approval). (3) Construct supporting photovoltaic monitoring, protection, communication, metering, remote control, dispatch automation and other systems. Project investment planned: this investment of this project is approximately 171 million yuan, of which the corresponding construction and installation cost for this supervision project is approximately 51.3 million yuan, and the equipment procurement cost is approximately 119.7 million yuan.
