●  Project Overview: The factory is technically renovated from the original sulfitation process to the carbonation process, using the latest, advanced, and proven technology in the sugar industry at that tim as well as our proprietary technology. The design of this project follows the principles of energy conservation, reuse, and environmental protection, adopting advanced clean production processes and technologies, preventing and controlling industrial pollution to achieve sustainable development of the sugarcane industry;  The overall design strives for simplicity, compactness, less investment, and full utilization of existing equipment, plant buildings, and transportation networks, as the general layout meets the requirements of technology, geology, fire protection, transportation, and the plants are designed to be beautiful and elegant, with good ventilation and lighting, and wide areas for operating, combining the new and old plants perfectly.  This project won the Silver Award for China Excellent Engineering Survey and Design in 2009, which is the best design award in the sugar industry.
