●  Project Overview: We design the project and contract the chlorine dioxide preparation system on EP basis. Based on the existing bamboo pulp fiber project (Phase 1) that has been put into operation, the Owner constructs this special bamboo fiber functional material project as Phase 2, with a total land area of 744.6mu (49.6 hectares), 21 new buildings with a total floor area of 64734.12 square meters. All the buildings and structures cover a land area of 50252.6 square meters,  making the project one of the largest bamboo pulp factories in China.

When completed, the factory will supply annually 204,000 tons of special bamboo fiber material, mainly used for the production of non-woven fabrics, sanitary napkins, diapers, pads and other hygiene products, replacing imported wood pulp and filling the domestic gap; The by-product is bamboo fiber material specifically designed for pulp molding (46000t/a).  Meanwhile, the project is also the first high standard production and research base that replaces plastics with bamboo and integrates production, scientific research, and visits. The advanced, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly equipment at home and abroad adopted by this factory plays a positive role in promoting the development of bamboo fiber production in terms of informatization, automation, environmental protection, clean production, and energy conservation.
