●  Project Overview: We are responsible for the overall and detailed design of the project, which is the largest pulp and paper project designed by us in Southeast Asia, and the largest imported project in Laos, with a total land area of 152 hectares.  Started to construct in January 2017 and put into operation in May 2018, the factory adopts the DDS low-energy consumption cooking, high-efficiency oxygen delignification, and Z-D0-Eop-D1 four stage ECF environmentally friendly bleaching process, advanced process technologies such as crystallization evaporation, low odor high-temperature and high-pressure alkali recovery boiler, and high-efficiency short lime. With co-generation, all steam and electricity are self-sufficient, and excess electricity is supplied to the national power grid of Laos through a 110kV connection line.  The factory is equipped with good environmental protection facilities, and the discharge indicators of the waste gas, liquid and solid are superior to the national standards of Laos. The entire production line has reached the current international advanced level.
